Last month, the builders listed below agreed to participate in BPHA's Construction Guidelines and Pledge of Maintenance while constructing and remodeling homes in our area.

By signing the pledge, these companies agree to follow a number of guidelines that make their construction site more "neighbor friendly." These include:  temporary fencing to help keep loose trash and debris on the property; having port-a-cans face rear of property and be hidden from sight by wooden fencing; ensuring building materials are not placed upon easement between front property line and street; keeping streets clean of mud and clay tracked from the work site; and daily clean-up of trash and debris from the job-site.  We appreciate the builders' commitment to our neighborhood.
