Membership Levels
Your membership will give you access to the Braeswood Place Homeowners Association and specific benefits depending on your plan.
*Please note: Residents of Southern Oaks 1 and University Square have mandatory dues, cost is noted below.
New Payment methods
The new BPHA Portal streamlines our accounting processes which allows the HOA to reduce office administration and accounting effort by 400+ hours plus printing and mailing costs. This allows us to keep the BPHA Membership Dues lower!
You can now pay online via CC , ACH or Debit Card with different fee structures for each:
