Your membership will give you access to the Braeswood Place Homeowners Association, Constable Patrol and specific benefits depending on your plan. Scroll down to see your options.*

​Payment methods

The  BPHA Portal streamlines our accounting processes which allows the HOA to reduce office administration and accounting effort by 400+ hours plus printing and mailing costs. This allows us to keep the BPHA Membership Dues lower! However, you can still make payments via check to the office address or Zelle your dues directly from your bank.

 
If you pay through the BPHA Portal, there are three different fee structures:

• ACH - $2.95 charge applies

• Debit Card - $5.95 charge applies

• Credit Card - 3.5% cc charge fee applies to the total)

 

Don't want to pay online? Other options include:

• Zelle payment to office@braeswoodplace.org 

• Check to BPHA at 4010 Blue Bonnet Blvd, Suite 112 Houston, TX 77025 - please include your property address
